In a world that’s been conditioned towards convenience and having everything available all the time, many have lost touch with the cycles of nature, time and food.

Food is not supposed to be harvested green and unripe

It’s not supposed to be sprayed with chemicals for storage or for ripening

All of the artificial intervention in the food system contributes to toxic load and ultimately illness

We’re devoted to food at its most honest and healing and we source our produce accordingly

You won’t see a giant range at Moth

You’ll find what is in season when it’s grown and delivered from the farm to you straight away

We source locally when we can
We source from interstate when it meets our standards
