Stop & take a breath. Relax & let me take you on 30 minute nurturing journey of self-healing using traditional Usui reiki with an intuitive spirit and guided approach. This is an ideal option if you've already had a Nurture session with me, Dave & looking for a 'top-up'. 

You don't need to do a thing other than to wear comfortable clothing, drink plenty of water before & after & allow yourself to be held by Reiki & her healing.

If you have any particular areas of body pain or discomfort or something non physical that you'd like to focus on please let me know prior to our session.

Distance Reiki session

A distance session holds the same level of 'potency' as an in-person session. These are ideal if you're in another location or not able to leave where you at the time of the session.

It is ideal if you can dedicate the time booked to being in a quiet space on your own (seated or lying down is encouraged).

The Reiki session itself will go for approximately half hour with 10 - 15 minutes afterwards to chat about anything that came up in the session.

If this is your first time to Reiki then it's highly recommended to have a more in-depth 'Nurture' session so you can maximise the benefits of Reiki.
