Healing ourselves starts with a desire to find who we are & a deeper knowing there's more to us than just the body we are in. 

In a Nurture session with me we take those steps towards you finding out who you are & what your inner self's calling you to do, to be & to nurture yourself back to the true self that you came here in this life to be.

A session with me will include, but not limited to, Reiki, channelled reading from yours & my guides, spirit of loved ones who've crossed & angels (to name a few of the Spirit who may want to connect with you consciously), chakra re-alignment & Akashic record retrieval to name a few.

You & your higher-self are in charge here so each session is different. Healing ourselves isn't a linear journey, it's based on what you need at this moment in time to guide you through your journey. You hold the key to your own healing, I am the conduit who assists you in unlocking the doors to this journey you're on. 

Generally we'll start with a chat over a cuppa about what it is you're hoping to get from the session, what's called you to be here & a very general overview of any body pains or stressors you might be feeling. We may or may not directly address these but please be assured that part of your healing journey will eventually resolve issues with your physical & emotional self. You'll remain fully clothed (except for shoes) where you'll lie on a comfy massage table. This is generally a safe hands on session, but if you're uncomfortable with physical touch please let me know & we can work around this. 

What you need to know & do:

• Please wear loose comfortable clothing including socks (the room is heated/cooled according to the season)
• Please don't wear any perfumes or colognes for in-person sessions
• Please drink plenty of water before & after your session
• Come with an open mind & spirit & be gentle with yourself afterwards allowing time to let the session integrate & for you to come back into your body

Cancellation Policy:

• If for any reason you need to cancel please allow a minimum of 24 hours so that others have the opportunity to take your spot.
• A cancellation fee will apply to any bookings cancelled after 24 hours. 

Our time together:

• Sessions can be held in-person or online via Zoom. If you're interested in a Zoom session please reach out to me personally so I can send you the link.
• Because each session is different I cannot specify an exact time that the session will take, but I do suggest it'll go up to 1.5 hours. Please allow this time in your own schedule & please arrive around 5 minutes before/on time.
• Our time together is confidential & I will never talk about our session with anyone else, however you are more than welcome to share your feelings or review of our time together to family & friends. I always welcome & am grateful for feedback & written reviews on sessions to help me reach more people who might also be interested in a session.
