As a student learning & being attuned to Reiki I had many hours of silent conversations with her. Where these allowed me to go deep within myself to heal parts of me with her help.

As a Reiki Master practitioner now I still have these conversations with her, particularly during a session with a client where she'll guide me to where she needs my hands placed. To reach every cell in your body. To ground you, to centre you, to help you heal.

There is a lot to be said for silence. For the peace & quiet. Where the only sounds are your own steady breathe & quiet music. Where Reiki can do what she does best.
