If you're unsure what a tincture is; tinctures are concentrated forms of medicinal herbs, made by extracting the active constituents with alcohol. The high-proof alcohol used combined with the quantity of tincture taken (ours are about 20 drops three x times a day) makes the alcohol consumption negligible. 

Varieties:

Willowbark and Feverfew ~ It provides simple relief for headaches and migraine related symptoms. Willowbark (or sometimes called White Willow) has been considered a pain reliever that converts to salicylic acid in the body without side effects (unlike the synthetic paracetamol and ibuprofen). Feverfew has been traditionally used for migraines, headaches, fevers, muscle tension and pain while it gently lowers blood pressure too

Elderberry and Rosehip ~ Both of these are nature’s richest sources of vitamin C, they have been used for centuries to combat infections such as coughs, colds, flu and respiratory conditions.

Stinging Nettle ~ Stinging nettle is an excellent herb for relieving allergy symptoms. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is also helpful for arthritis, gout pain, eczema, balancing blood sugar levels, lowering blood pressure, urinary issues and for early signs of enlarged prostate. 

Milk Thistle ~ Use for fatty liver, liver detox, poison exposure, anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory. 

Burdock Root ~ Use for liver, lymphatics, digestive & kidney detoxing. 

How to take:

Put 1 full dropper (approx 20 drops) direct under the tongue 3 x times per day or as directed on for each remedy. Leave under the tongue for a few moments & then swallow.
