 • Mullein - used for treating a range of chest complaints. Reduces the form of mucus & stimulates the expulsion of phlegm

• Marshmallow - relieves the swelling & irritation of the mucous membrane & calms the respiratory system

• Horsetail - acts as an expectorant & strengthens the immune system while relieving the inflammation. Boosts the immune system

Add 2 tsp of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water, Steep for 5-10min.
