Skullcap tea (Scutellaria laterifloracan) is known for its soothing properties. An excellent addition to any calming herbal blend or evening tea. One of its most well-known uses is as a means for helping manage insomnia. It's a powerful nerve tonic so if you experience tension headaches, or nervous system dysregulation, you may experience relief from taking skullcap.

Preparation

Add a teaspoon to your favourite tea blend or simply steep the leaf in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
