Pacdon Park Free Range British Butchery, as their name suggests, use free range Australian pork & ingredients to create their range of meats, bacon, gammon, sausages and puddings. 

Made using their own recipe from growing up in Lancashire (where all great black pudding producers come from). This is one of their first and still most popular products. 

Black pudding is rich in iron, protein and amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Cut into discs (recommended 15mm) with the casing removed then cooked in a fry-pan both sides for 2-3 minutes. One of our faves at breaky with a serve of their bacon.
