Symons use traditional Italian method of making mozzarella. This cheese-making skill combined with the rich biodynamic/organic milk from our farmers in Western Victoria, has produced a traditional mozzarella ball which is soft, delicate and most importantly stretchy with subtle flavour and a creamy texture.
