As artisan roasters, Two Fish Coffee take a hands-on approach to their craft. After carefully sourcing the very best beans from the world’s most exceptional producers and origins, they then roast them in small batches so as to highlight each of their distinctive characteristics.

Aiming for complete traceability with all their coffees. They believe that the best and most outstanding coffees are obtained by working directly, sustainably and ethically with the producers themselves. The vast majority of their coffees can be traced back to a single farmer/washing station.
